Eritrean and Ethiopian cuisine is known for its vibrant spices, rich stews, and communal style of dining. Injera — a soft, naturally fermented flatbread — serves as the foundation of many dishes, accompanying a variety of lentils, vegetables, and savory meat preparations.

Our injera is made in-house every morning using 100% teff grain. It is naturally gluten-free, with no added flour, and prepared fresh daily to ensure quality and authenticity with every meal.

Traditional spice blends add depth and warmth to our dishes, while time-honored cooking techniques preserve the integrity of each ingredient. Many of our offerings are naturally vegetarian, reflecting the diversity of Eritrean and Ethiopian cuisine.
